Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To request a return, email info@superautopartsusa.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions
Special orders, electrical components, and clearance items are non-returnable are non-returnable.

Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection. Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
